Our Classes


Tinies and Future Stars

Our Tinies are aged between 3 and 5 years old and classes focus on familiarising participants with the basics of calisthenics dance. From musical appreciation to moving your body in new ways Tinies is a great introduction to calisthenics and performing


Future Stars are from 6 - 7 years old and working on building on the basics introduced in Tinies. Future Stars are prepared for a performing in competitions by learning freearm, apparatus and dance routines to perform as a independently as a team.


Sub Juniors and Juniors

Sub Juniors are aged from 8 - 10 years old and Juniors are 11-13. Participants in these classes are developed to compete in state competitions through technique and performance development.

Participants are taught a range of dance styles from March and Ballet based items to routines using apparatus (clubs and rods), strength and flexibility.


Intermediates and Seniors

Intermediates are aged from 14-17 and our Seniors classes are open to those 17+.

Participants in these classes work on consolidating their skills in more complex routines. Items can include Rhythmical Aesthetic and Dance Rods along with the core items of March, Freearm and Clubs.
